Vin2Yin Yoga

Vin2Yin combines the best of both worlds, merging the stillness of Yin yoga with the flow of Vinyasa. In this class, you will start with a warm-up Vinyasa Flow to awaken your body and mind, followed by a series of long-held Yin postures to deeply stretch and release tension in the connective tissues.
The combination of these two styles of yoga creates a perfect balance, bringing a sense of calm and relaxation to your body while also building strength and flexibility. You’ll leave the class feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the day.

Is Vin2Yin suitable for beginners?
Yes, but we recommend absolute beginners attend a few Hatha and Yin classes before attending Vin2Yin. This is a good stepping stone for yogis looking to transition from Hatha to Vinyasa Flow.
