Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. It is an ancient science that is thousands of years old.

Kundalini yoga is as much an art as it is a technology – a dynamic and powerful technology for experiencing, shifting and uplifting yourself and your energy.

In Kundalini yoga we use postures, mudras, music-mantras, meditation and breath, uniting Body-Mind-Soul, striving to strengthen and balance the glandular and nervous systems.

Kundalini focuses on invoking what is happening inside of you rather than striving for an advanced pose, or what the posture looks like from the outside.

Kundalini yoga is a personal experience – and is experienced differently by each individual.

The best thing to do is to try it out and see for yourself how it makes you feel.
