Kundalini yoga is an ancient science that is thousands of years old and is often referred to as the yoga of awareness.

This practice focuses on invoking what is happening inside of you rather than striving for an advanced pose, or what the posture looks like from the outside. It is a more spiritual practice that uses postures, mudras, music-mantras, meditation and breath, uniting Body-Mind-Soul, striving to strengthen and balance the glandular and nervous systems, energies and chakras.

Kundalini yoga is a personal experience – and is experienced differently by each individual.

The best thing to do is to try it out and see for yourself how it makes you feel.
