HOT26 (Bikram) Yoga

Hot26/Bikram is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, performed in a set sequence.

Hot26 is practiced in a heated room between 39 and 42 degrees Celsius and with humidity of forty to sixty percent. Classes are 90 minutes (authentic Bikram) and 70 minutes (express class).

The heat allows for deep and safe stretching and simultaneously detoxing and flushing all the toxins from the body, inside out, bone to skin.

Hot26 aids in relieving stress and tension, strengthening and toning muscles, regulating body weight, increasing blood circulation, and preventing chronic disease to restore the body to its natural health.

Is Hot26/Bikram suitable for beginners?
Yes, although your first class WILL be challenging as you train your body and mind to embrace the heat. It is quite physically demanding – easy to learn, but hard to master.
