Hot26 (Bikram) Yoga
Hot26 (formerly known as Bikram) is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.
Practiced in a heated room between 38 and 42 degrees Celsius and with humidity of forty to sixty percent. Classes are 90 minutes (authentic Bikram) and 70 minutes (express class).
The heat allows for deep and safe stretching and simultaneously detoxing and flushing all the toxins from the body, inside out, bone to skin.
Hot26 aids in relieving stress and tension, strengthening and toning muscles, regulating body weight, increasing blood circulation, and preventing chronic disease to restore the body to its natural health.
Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.
